What does it cost?
Marston provides this service free of charge, meaning you only pay the HMCTS court costs of £66.00.
An abortive fee will apply of £75 + vat if we are unsuccessful for any reason in recovering any payment

How long will the process take?
The process regularly takes as long as 28 days to complete as it is largely dependent on the speed of the courts. Having the information correctly presented speeds up the process.
However, Marston completes the process in fewer than 14 days in over 90% of all cases.
